We manage several bee hives at the farm. We also have a few at our house, which always makes mowing the lawn more interesting. The bees started out as a hobby but have become a vital part of the farm. They are valuable pollinators and give us some of the best tasting honey in the world and we are quite thankful for both.

As the fate of bees looks uncertain due to the mysterious Colony Collapsed Disorder(CCD) we try to take extra special care. There are several diseases that can infect the hive and mites are always a threat so Kyle tries to check in with the bees weekly. Diligence has paid off and we have seen the number of hives grow.

Our raw honey in the comb is available periodically through the year. It goes quickly so if you are interested please contact us.
